I’ve never been a fan of carrot cake… they were always too much carrot not even cream cheese. When I tasted this carrot cake from coco love I couldn’t stop eating it! I wasn’t overwhelmed by pieces of carrots and a mouth full of nuts… it was moist cake with delicious CREAM CHEESE!

I have never been a fan of carrot cake or nuts in my cake but this is the carrot cake for me…not too sweet and full of flavour.
